Eversley Sports Association (ESA) Clubhouse Co-ordinator
Due to a reorganisation of the way the ESA is run there is a vacancy for a Clubhouse co-ordinator for the ESA Clubhouse on Cross Green Eversley.
The role is a flexible role and would suit someone looking to work for a small organisation and support the local sports clubs in Eversley.
Hours are flexible with a combination of Bar organisation, purchasing cleaning and Bar work. Weekly hours will be agreed with each club, Cricket in the Summer and Football/Hockey in the winter.
Pay is £10 per hour including holiday pay paid monthly in arrears. Main responsibilities are:-
- Oversee the activities required to run and maintain the clubhouse in cooperation with the clubs responsible during their seasons.
- Purchase bar stock from the suppliers approved by the ESA, reconcile deliveries and till takings.
- Arrange and attend all regular and emergency service and maintenance visits.
- Look after the cellar and stock room, clean pipes weekly. Clean and maintain the Clubhouse and during the cricket season the changing rooms.
