Welcome to the Ladies of Eversley Cricket Club
It is well documented that cricket has been played by women for well over 250 years with the Wikipedia entry highlighting the sometimes competitive nature of the matches in their History of Women's Cricket !
Eversley run both a Women's Soft Ball cricket team and a Hard Ball cricket team which play in the Hampshire League.
For 2023 we are in Division 3 competing against teams that enjoy Ladies cricket. Matches are on Sundays from 2:00pm and include an excellent cricket tea.
Within our Junior section we have Girls playing cricket from U7s through to U16s within both mixed teams and Girls teams competing in North Hampshire.
We are always looking for girls and ladies to join us, both on and off the field, as we need players as well as supporters to help with the team...and teas!
No previous experience is necessary
If you want to see what it's all about come down to Eversley.
Outdoor training is on Friday evenings from 6:00pm (although most arrive from 6:30pm) we finish about 8:00pm in time for the BBQ.
