As we approach the end of the season, we need your help.
Based on the expressions of interest that we had earlier in the year the club has committed to a Dinner Dance this year and committed to the cost of it. We now need everybody’s help to sign up and join us at this year’s Dinner Dance to avoid incurring a large financial loss.
As a reminder, the Dinner Dance is on Saturday 19th October in a private suite at the Coppid Beech Hotel. It will be a night of food, music and laughter as we celebrate the 2024 season with a 3 course meal, games, competitions, raffle, DJ and dance floor.
Tables sit 10 places so there is an opportunity to organise with friends, family, partners, teams or Junior age groups.
In order to drive numbers we are reducing costs from the original £65 per head as follows :
- For a table of 10 this will be priced at £550.
- For those paying individually the price per head will be £55 until the 2nd of September.
