Evening to all Dinner Dance guests,
I hope everyone who is attending the Dinner Dance on Saturday is looking forward to the event!
Details for the evening are as follows:
Arrive - 18:30 for a drink in the hotel bar area.
19:00 - Move through to function room
19:30 - Starters will be Served
During this time we will be going round selling Raffle Tickets which will be drawn after Desserts. We ask if you could also bring cash to the event as we will be hosting a game of Heads and Tails where it will be £10 buy in and would ask for the money to be placed into the envelope on the table.
As a reminder the dress code for the event is Smart:
This includes: Suits/Tux/Dinner Suits or Smart Dresses
We look forward to the night and having a dance on the dance floor.
