Dear Eversley Adult members,
We hope you are all keeping well during these continually difficult times and hopefully some sort of ‘normal’ is just around the corner.
As I am sure you have guessed our indoor winter training is on hold for the foreseeable until guidance and guidelines allow. We will be in touch regarding training when we can.
The main reason for this email is we have some exciting news regarding the medium of communication going forward. Thanks to the hard work mainly of Sam Kennet, we are pleased to announce the use of an App called SPOND:
We are transitioning from the legacy methods of running the club through solely email communication and WhatsApp groups to one centralised management app for the club. This means that you can download the app on your phone or tablets whilst also being able to use the app on web-browsers and through email communications as before. We strongly advise using the app from the Andriod/App Store as its functionality and push notifications are all you will need moving forward and therefore increasing your ability to respond quicker to polls, availability and club announcements.
The app will be the focal point of the club. Player availability, Social Events will be posted, club poll's, general feedback, Player Performance recognition and updates from different teams on matchdays will all be posted. It will bring the club closer together and centralise management for all parties to one application.

You will then be accepted by the club and allocated groups by the administrators. The Parental Guidance Section must be filled out for all under 16s who are playing adult cricket.
Sam Kennett will be running two introductory sessions for those that have any difficulties or questions or just one some more information on the capabilites of the app - so please text/WhatsApp: +447712630407 to sign up to these.
