If you have set up your own Funding Raising site that has attracting Gift Aid, then do not complete the attached document as Gift Aid has already been claimed.
2/ Make your donation via the Eversley New Nets Crowdfunding site.

Note that the Crowdfunding site charge a 2.4% and £0.20p per transaction fee.
